For ISPs in Nigeria
KYC, products and a diary for each one.
Invoices go out by themselves every month.
When a bill is due the connection goes off, and it is back the moment they pay.
Chat, tickets and customer email in one place.
Routers, connections and outages, watched every minute.
Routers and ONUs tracked by serial number.
Why ISPDock
Most ISPs run on a spreadsheet, a payment link, a WhatsApp group and a router nobody wants to touch. Customers pay and still get cut off. Staff chase transfers by screenshot. ISPDock puts it all on one dock: the bill, the payment, the login, the router and the reply.

Billing01
Invoices go out on each renewal date, payments land on the right bill and receipts are emailed. When a bill is due, the customer’s internet connection is suspended, and it comes back the moment they pay.
Customer portal02
No IP addresses, no jargon. Days left on their plan, what they owe, how much data they used and whether they are online. In real figures, in plain words.
Your brand03
Staff sign in at admin.yourisp.com and customers at my.yourisp.com. Your logo and colours run through the dashboard, the portal, every email and every invoice.
Support04
Chats from the portal, emails to your support address and tickets land in one place, with the customer’s plan, bills and connection beside them. Your team answers without hunting.
Network05
Every router is checked every 30 seconds. The moment one stops answering, your team hears about it in Telegram, Slack or email, with how many customers sit behind it.
Field and stock06
Technicians get their jobs on their phone, tap through each step, take photos and get a signature. The router they fit leaves the van’s stock, and the customer is told when they are on the way.
